CCAIE reports impact as a hierarchy rather than a single list of counts. Each figure sits in the tier it honestly belongs to, and the more demanding tiers stay sparse until the evidence exists to fill them.

Reach
How much of the system CCAIE has covered, and how many people have taken part. Reach is the easiest thing to count and the least demanding measure of change.

Stakeholders consulted on CAI methodology
Public entities, private organisations, academia and civil society reviewed the Climate Action Index methodology and framework during development. This is methodological consultation, not an impact result.
Schools adopting the Climate-Safe Schools model beyond the pilot, and institutions using CAI findings in planning or budgeting, will be reported here once verified.
